CCC Advisory was founded to close a specific gap. Media and entertainment organisations across the GCC and wider MENA region need advisors who understand the content business from the inside, not generalist consultants applying a standard playbook to a specialist industry. That focus is our core identity, and where most of our work sits.
Our perspective is shaped by direct experience inside one of the region's largest media groups, leading finance, production operations, commissioning governance and digital transformation from within. Our registered activities also cover general management consulting, so the same disciplines we apply to media clients, strategy, workflow, cost and digital transformation, are available to organisations in any industry through our General Consulting practice.
